Medicare rebate

Medicare rebates are valid for ALL patients with an active GP referral. We handle all Medicare claims on your behalf, eliminating the need for manual reimbursement processes. For more information on how to claim Medicare rebate visit the Services Australia website.

Do You Need a New Referral?

Not sure whether your referral is still current? Submit a referral status request and our team will review your patient file.

* For Initial Phone consults- unfortunately the government no longer supports a Medicare rebate for this, review phone consults still qualify for Medicare rebate, as do initial and review video consults. This is stated when you select the appointment type at the time of booking.

How do I pay for the consultation?

When you make an appointment online, the full deposit will be charged to your credit card upfront. If you cancel prior to the virtual consultation, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged and the remainder will be refunded to your credit card. A FULL fee will apply for a non-attended appointment.
