The below areas in Greater Darwin and Katherine have entered a full lockdown for 72 hours:

- City of Palmerston
- Litchfield Council
- Wagait Shire
- Belyuen Shire
- Dundee
- Bynoe
- Charlotte
- Cox Peninsula
- Municipality of Katherine including Tindal
